Complaints, Grievance and Whistleblowing Procedures
As part of the SRS commitment to legal, moral and ethical business practices, SRS has established a whistle-blowing policy for employees, those working on our behalf, or outside third parties to report issues regarding the company or its personnel.

SRS is committed to investigate allegations promptly, impartially and with due consideration to confidentiality and anonymity.
In case that any affected individuals or representatives are not satisfied with SRS complaints, grievance or whistle-blowing procedures or any outcome of investigations, complainants can contact or register a complaint with ICoCA in accordance with Article 13 procedures.
