Our Commitment and Policy Statement

SRS is firmly committed to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms and comply with international, national and local regulations and laws as well as our voluntary commitments.

SRS has implemented a Code of Conduct and a Security Operations Policy supported by formal and effective policies and processes to support the conduct of security operations, to contribute positively to the communities within which we operate as well as to avoid, prevent and reduce the likelihood and consequence of disruptive and undesirable events.

Our commitment to lead the development of sustainability and industry standards includes:

To ensure quality and measure progress, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified and apply the UN Global Compact Self-Assessment Tool to annually report to the United Nations.

Complaints, Grievance and Whistleblowing Procedures

As part of the SRS commitment to legal, moral and ethical business practices, SRS has established a whistle-blowing policy for employees, those working on our behalf, or outside third parties to report issues regarding the company or its personnel.

SRS is committed to investigate allegations promptly, impartially and with due consideration to confidentiality and anonymity.

Escalation Procedures

In case that any affected individuals or representatives are not satisfied with SRS complaints, grievance or whistle-blowing procedures or any outcome of investigations, complainants can contact or register a complaint with ICoCAin accordance with Article 13 procedures.
